What is Potpraganda? Well, there are many resources related to marijuana online (positive, negative, and even fairly neutral). Here, we will stick to debunking myths perpetuated by drug war propaganda. The largest collection of misinformation, half-truths, and blatant disregard for science is the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA).
While other sources of propaganda will also be targeted and de-filtered, NIDA will be the first “resource” to be sifted through here at Show Me The Facts.

For those of you asking, “What is ‘de-filtering?’” The answer is simple… de-filtering is the act of taking the information placed on a website–which is usually fairly simplified–and expanding it, showing the research, and exposing the reality (essentially making the information more transparent). One of the largest catalysts for ignorance is the simplification of information tied in with an abuse of trust.
